I went back to work when Thomas was 10 weeks old. I worked until he was about 18 months old and then decided to stay home. The main reason was that I had another baby and the cost of child care is insane! I think it's easier if you have private care but it's a lot harder to find. I was lucky enough to have people I know keep Thomas. I love staying at home but I also love working. Just know that you are a great mom no matter what! Good luck with the new job.
